. All events are REQUIRED to have Insurance coverage.
. The Event coordinator must be present before anyone else will be permitted on the track.
. The Event coordinator must remain at the track until all participants have left the track.
. Track Rental hours will be determined between Evergreen Speedway and rentor.
Track Rental may be as little as a few hours or in some cases 3-4 days depending upon event
Each rental is on a case by case basis and may be customized for time and budgets.

EMS Service needs to be scheduled through Evergreen Speedway
Event coordinator is responsible for arrangements through Evergreen Speedway.

Insurance Requirements – Event coordinator is responsible for arrangements. An option is to obtain Evergreen Speedway’s insurance carrier for your event. Additional insured for self insured events must name High Road Promotions/Evergreen and Snohomish County
and their officials. Exact details for insurance will be supplied.

The business office is open Tuesday through Friday. Events take place at
Evergreen Speedway nearly 7 days per week. For more details please call the Speedway Office at 360-805-6100.
